I usually work from my practice at home , but as this is not currently possible due to the social distancing measures that are now in place, I am, at the moment, offering telephone or video sessions at times to suit you.
About me and my therapy practice
Are you struggling to cope with the Lockdown? We are currently in unprecedented times of challenges to our mental and physical wellbeing. These challenges may come in the form of health anxiety, isolation anxiety, financial concern, relationship issues, general stress or sleeping difficulties. Contact me, and together, we can explore why you might be experiencing these unhelpful feelings and employ strategies to help you to cope.
My name is Liz Rayner and I am a qualified Counsellor and Accredited Member of the BACP, who has been practising for eight years, and who has a great deal of experience in dealing with stress and anxiety.
I am currently offering telephone or online counselling in the comfort of your own home. Same or next day appointments are often available, providing an opportunity to talk about whatever is troubling you, knowing that you will be listened to in a calm, empathic and non-judgemental way.
My first session
I can be contacted either by phone, email, or text, and once you have been in touch, we will set a confirmed time for our appointment and I will send you some information about how I work.
I will call or video call you at the arranged time, and we can take it from there. Each session will last 50 minutes.
I know things are hard at the moment, but you don't have to suffer in silence. Give me a call today and take your first step towards feeling better!!
