INVESTMENT:  People mostly ask about cost when they call.  I'm solution based - which means shorter time in therapy for your change.   That's one point to consider and the other is I do offer concessionary rates if my stated  hourly rate is an obstacle for you. This is all discussed in your initial complimentary question call.    

TIME:  I also work evenings and weekends so there’s no rushing back after work.  

WHERE: I work to suit you; in person, online, on the phone and also in the park for walk and talk sessions.

I specialise in Anxiety Solutions for an everchanging world.  Work, Life, Relationships.

My first session

Everything is preceded with a complimentary discovery call. Where you can ask all the questions you need to, so you can feel at ease for your first session.

Your first sessions in person or online - or a combination.

In person is a double or extended session.  You being you with all your history is not something that can be summed up so easily - so the clock isn’t ticking in this initial session and you can relax into talking about you -- and being truly heard.

When we do the first session on line - it can be a challenge to be on a screen for over an hour - so we keep it simple and stay shorter than the in person session.   

A Walk and Talk session is wonderful to combine with reducing stress. In the park, airing troubles and concerns. 

In the first session we aim to project how long the process will take.  As a guide between 6 and 10 sessions.  Sometimes even less.
