I offer open-ended, long-term psychotherapy and time-limited, short-term counselling. I focus on facilitating behaviour change. Improving your ability to establish and maintain relationships. Enhancing your effectiveness and ability to cope. Promoting the decision-making process to facilitate your potential. I also focus on discovering and highlighting the thought patterns that may be hindering your personal growth.
I offer an open space to speak about any distress you are facing and offer the coping mechanisms and prospective to better manage the cognitive, emotional or behavioural challenge you are facing.
