About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified person-centred counsellor with a private practice based in Brighton. As a person-centred counsellor I believe that we all have within ourselves a capacity for self-healing and personal growth.

My goal is to establish a relationship of trust within which the client can begin to access and explore the difficult feelings that exist.

My way of working is to be the type of companion who can relate to her client in a way that he or she can begin to access their own wisdom and recover a sense of self-direction and an improved sense of well-being.

Since 2008 I have worked in many different settings addressing a wide variety of needs.

My experience ranges from working in a school environment, offering one-to-one and group support to students, to working as part of a GP’s practice team providing counselling to patients.

Practice description
