About me and my therapy practice
Do you feel something is holding you back in life, but you don’t really understand what that might be? Does anxiety stop you from being who you want to be? Do you struggle with the feeling of panic? Maybe there is a voice telling you that you’re not good enough or you’re not worthy of what you dream of?
Life is getting busier and we are often getting through it by constantly juggling with an overwhelming number of priorities and losing ourselves in the process. This builds on our anxieties and over time we can start to wonder what happened to ‘us’, what happened to our dreams? We find ourselves feeling stuck, depressed, anxious, in autopilot trying to get through each day. We don’t have the optimism and excitement of the life we yearn for and we want to BREAK FREE.
If any of this rings true with you, then I can help. I am a qualified counsellor and life coach, and I love making people happier; happier with themselves, happier at work, happier at home and happier in their relationships.
We can look at what triggers you; making you feel stuck and anxious and making your life a constant uphill struggle. Whatever the triggers are, I can help you explore them, walk beside you so you never feel alone, give you a safe space in which to explore them and make sense of what is holding you back. I am here to listen to your story, whatever that may be, I am always interested and respectful of what you bring so you are free to express yourself openly without fear.
The thought of talking to a stranger about our inner thoughts and beliefs can take a lot of courage but we will build a trusting, therapeutic relationship and always move at your pace. I will help you find the resilience, confidence and other tools you need to gain a clear understanding of who you are, a greater connection to those in your life so that you feel more empowered to take control of your life and your dreams. You can then BREAK FREE and be who you want to be.
