About me and my therapy practice

My counselling approach is integrative which allows me to draw on a number of counselling models including Psychodynamic, Transpersonal, Person Centred and Gestalt. I also, use arts materials as an additional way of expressing feelings.

I have my own private practice which provides a safe, secure and non-judgmental environment. I have day and evening appointments.
