I currently have space for online, telephone and face to face sessions. I work Monday 12 - 8pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 4 - 6pm, Thursday 9 - 6pm and Friday 9am - 1pm.
These session will commence after Monday 4th September due to planned time off for myself.

Welcome and thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
Are you looking for a safe place to talk? Feeling overwhelmed or worried? or looking to make changes in your life and would like to understand yourself more. I can help you with these things and many more such as grief, loss, anxiety, childhood trauma, self-worth.
I am an integrative counsellor, which means I have studied and trained to use various models of therapy such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Transaction Analysis (TA) to name a few. Within our sessions I will use a combination of these skills depending on the needs within the session.
I offer online, telephone and face-to-face session, depending on you requirements. I have created a safe place in an office based at my home, which is a separate building from my home with its own entrance.
Regardless of which setting suits your needs I will endeavour to provide you the service you need as accessing counselling can initially be daunting. People access it for various reasons whether its is support for difficulties with self-worth or working on themselves due to past traumas. I will offer you the safe place you need and welcome you with warmth, empathy and without judgement.
I offer open ended sessions and do not cap the amount of sessions, as I believe that everyone is different and sometimes it can take time to working through your reasons for accessing counselling.
My first session
Our first session will be booking following and initial free 15 minute consultation, once you are happy to proceed with sessions I will send you my contract and confirmation of the first booking.
During our first session I will complete a questionnaire with you to us as a guide on your progress from the start to the very last session and share this with you when you feel you are ready for the sessions to end. Once the questionnaire is completed I will give you the time to share in more depth the reasons you have accessed counselling to start your new journey.
