About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualifed BACP Registered Counsellor and Mental Health Mentor working in private practise in East London. I provide a supportive and confidential environment where we work together to remove the obstacles to your personal growth and development.
I work with anxiety, self-esteem issues, addiction, abuse and trauma in short or long-term arrangements, working to resolve and alleviate any issues you may be struggling with.
My orientation is that of a Humanistic Integrative therapist, with a psychodynamic and relational based approach, all with an emphasis on removing the obstacles toward personal growth.
I provide 50 minute sessions on a weekly basis, with experience of short term and long term therapy depending on the client’s needs.
This is a safe and confidential environment for you to explore any feelings of difficulty, aimed at finding ways to help gain understanding and comfort.
