About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified person centered counsellor and I know it can sometimes it can be hard to deal with things and even more difficult to talk about things, life’s experiences can be tough or too painful to face on your own. Talking with someone who is not a family member or friend can help you to share those things you feel you can’t say to people who are close to you. I’m here to offer a warm, supportive, understanding and non- judgemental space to help explore what is going on for you. I also specialise in bereavement counselling. Whether you are going through a divorce, breakup, loss of a job, loss of someone close to you or a loved, loyal pet, home or physical health. Also loss of freedom through Covid counselling can be incredibly helpful and healing and can help make sense of the way grief affects you. I currently volunteer at a local hospice as a bereavement counsellor and have been for the past 2 and a half years.
Taking the first step to seek counselling may seem quite daunting and I appreciate how difficult this can be. When you make that decision, I would like to work with you so that you can make the changes you need.
If you think this may be what you are looking for, then please contact me and I will be happy to discuss this further. To arrange an appointment please contact me and I will be delighted to help., or please look at my website for more information.
At this present time sessions are via Zoom or telephone, once things ease regarding Covid then face to face sessions will resume. All sessions are £45 each and last for 50 minutes.
Just text, e mail or call me and we can arrange a free 30 minute assessment session, where we can talk and see how we might work together and then go from there,
My first session
All sessions will last 50 minutes. Our first session will be for up to 30 minutes and there is no charge, this will enable you to decide whether you feel that we can work together.
