About me and my therapy practice
I am theoretically based in the Person Centred Approach, although I have supervised and trained in the Psychodynamic Approach as well. It is my belief by creating a 'safe place', where a counsellor can experience warmth and understanding, leaves them able to explore their counselling practice which hopefully in turn will lead them to continue practising safely and effectively. I have experienced working in group supervision settings; my aim is to create a warm, safe and gentle environment.
On street parking available and good links to public transport.
