About me and my therapy practice
At times everyday life can become overwhelming and we can feel stuck, low and anxious. We may be dealing with difficult challenges in the present or weighed down by issues from the past.
Reaching out for support at this time can feel like a big step but can be extremely beneficial for our health and well-being.
The therapy I offer is client focused and available to individuals who would like to explore their own issues, or couples who may have reached an impasse and would like help moving forward in a more positive direction.
The relationship counselling I offer is based on the Gottman method.
Through our confidential therapy sessions we can explore the issues you are experiencing, helping you to reflect on them, make better sense of them and see a clearer road ahead.
My first session
During our first session, we will explore your reasons for seeking therapy and look at your ideal goals and outcomes from our sessions.
We will ensure you are comfortable within the therapeutic environment and look at the best ways to move forward.
