About me and my therapy practice
If you are reading this there is a chance that you are experiencing some emotional difficulties. Although the thought of counselling or psychotherapy can be scary, the process of self-discovery can be very rewarding and healing. Working through unresolved issues or bringing to the surface relational dynamics or conditional ways of living can be life changing.
I have over 10 years' experience working with adults, couples and young people. I aim to provide a collaborative relationship without agenda or judgement, a safe supportive space to help you explore, and to facilitate the changes you decide are necessary to live more authentically and to build your own internal self-respect.
I have a relaxed, integrative approach, incorporating training and experience in humanistic, existential, CBT and coaching principles. I specialise in Postnatal Depression and Attachment Psychotherapy and all aspects of Relational issues, whether that be with people or other attachments like food etc, by either short or long-term counselling/psychotherapy.
