About me and my therapy practice

I work within the Person-Centred framework,which is about valuing and validating your experience. Therapy is an opportunity to empower yourself to be at home with your life experiences and embrace life in its multitudes of manifestations , maintaining a strong sense of self and purpose.
Mental and emotional suffering are part of life, the pain at times can be too much to bear on our own. Counselling can be a safe space to be held, seen and find the gifts that otherwise could be lost in the crisis and challenges we face. Suffering is inevitable but it does not need to be endless.
You may feel lost alone, confused, scared or scarred by your experiences, I offer the opportunity for learning, healing and growth, where a transformation of perspective is possible. You may be able to develop your strength and find resources to feel empowered and more in control of yourself and your environment.
You may also feel more courageous to take risks and make changes, knowing there is a safety in the therapeutic process. If you are facing a sudden crisis or long term difficulties, I am here to be with you in the depths of loneliness and in the joy of recovery. I believe in the power of a healthy relationship to nurture your ability to love, learn and grow.
I have many years of experience working online , I continue to offer this service , via webcam calls.
I also see clients face to face at my office in Canary Wharf

I work both long-term or within a limited time frame.
My first session
Your first session in an informal meeting, to go through the reasons you are considering therapy, ask questions and have an experience of how the therapy could be for you.
It's an opportunity to see if we could work together , and go through practicalities of how to proceed if we decided to do so.
If for any reason I am not the right therapist for you , I will try my best to refer to a colleague or organisations that may be able to help.
