About me and my therapy practice
Life can be really tough and challenging at times as well as being fast paced. We don't often get the chance to take a moment and focus on how we are feeling, good or bad, so these feelings can add up and become overwhelming and all consuming. The counselling that I offer enables you to be able to take the time to talk through and explore some of these feelings and experiences. I have experience of working with adults on a short and long term basis for both Mental Health charities, addiction charity and within a NHS IAPT setting. I also have experience working with university students.
