A recognition of prior learning (RPL) route that’s temporarily available for previous senior accredited members (awarded prior to 2023), now accredited members, who were unable to apply for our revised senior accredited membership category during the SCoPEd transition period.

For registered members who have completed a BACP accredited core training course aligned to column C of the SCoPEd framework or a BACP accredited or approved column C progression training.

For registered members who have successfully completed the NHS core training pathway.

For registered members who also hold current membership with ACC, NCPS or UKCP aligned to column B of the SCoPEd framework.

For registered members who also hold current membership with ACC, BPC, NCPS or UKCP aligned to column C of the SCoPEd framework.

What to do if you want to make a complaint about poor or unethical practice by your therapist

As part of SCoPEd implementation, BACP will close individual accreditation for three months in October 2023.
